Overview Completed questionnaire score sheets, alphabetized by community, of the West Virginia Country Life Movement. The score cards provided a survey format to evaluate a set of categories, including health, community spirit, schools, churches, agriculture, business, and recreation, used to facilitate improvement of the state's rural communities.
