A hand written journal kept by Col. Luther Haymond of Harrison County, [W.] Va., from 1830-1833, telling of his travels and experiences at the time. The journal notes Haymond’s observations while traveling by horse from Harrison County, West Virginia, to Baltimore, Maryland. There are descriptions of Baltimore, Romney, Charles Town, and other places.
