The participants include: President Harlow, Governor Arch A. Moore, President of the Board of Regents John E, Amos, Order of Vandalia recipients, Maurice Brooks and Herbert S. Boreman, Honorary degree recipients, Ross Tuckerwiller and Ralph Wesley Phillips.
