Overview

Newspaper clippings, photos, brochures, and programs concerning the career of Cliff Brown, WVU music professor and bandmaster, and the conducting of musical education and programs at WVU. Noteworthy is a program for the dedication of the "E" flag, a military designated award for excellence in war production, to the Morgantown Ordinance Works during World War II.
