Original copy of West Virginia Senate Resolution # 17, adopted February 7, 1992, honoring West Virginia University on its 125th anniversary. The document is signed by all 34 state senators. Included is a memorandum entrusting the document to the West Virginia Collection which came to it via Edwin F. Flowers of WVU Office of Institutional Advancement.
