Scope and Contents
Ten photographs documenting the West Virginia State Tuberculosis Sanitarium at Hopemont in Preston County, West Virginia. Photographs show buildings, grounds, and patients. The photographs include views of the facility looking east and west; an interior shot of the dining hall with residents at meal time; and an exterior view of the Gore Hospital building. Includes nine cirkut or panoramic photographs (two of which show the same image) and one standard size photograph.
