Photocopy facsimiles of military commissions signed by Virginia Governor Henry Lee for two Pendleton County residents, appointing Peter Hull to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Paul Summers to the rank of Ensign. Both were assigned to the forty-sixth (46th) Regiment of Virginia Militia in May 1793.
