Overview
The Oglebay Rhymer's Club (Wheeling, W. Va.), was established in March 1935 as a hobby club sponsored by the Oglebay Institue. The club met monthly to discuss poetry and read their own original poems. In 1942 the club became the Wheeling Poetry Society.
