Overview Charles E. Hodges (1892-1968) was the editor and owner of the Dominion News of Morgantown, West Virginia, in the 1920s; West Virginia state senator from 1931 to 1939, and managing director of the Charleston, West Virginia, Chamber of Commerce from 1937 to 1963.
