Scope and Contents This is the third accession of the papers of Andrew Nelson Campbell. Mr. Campbell was an attorney in Monroe County, W. Va. He served in the Confederate Army and was a graduate of the Washington and Lee University Law School. He represented Monroe County as a Delegate in the State Legislature, 1872, and was a member of the Board of Regents of West Virginia University.
