Genealogy of the Cameron family and allied lines, entitled, APPENDIX TO "STRICTLY PERSONAL: A TEACHER'S REMINISCENCES." Includes photographs, genealogical charts, and copies of newspaper stories. Allied lines are: Colgate, Kaminsky, Little, Parry, Presbury, and Stansbury. These are family lines that originated in Maryland. The Cameron Family came into West Virginia and lived in Ohio and Brooke Counties.

Typescript genealogies of James Cooper (1780-1845) and Nancy Agnes Wooddell (1785-1861) family and the Joseph Wooddell (1752-1834) and Elizabeth Wooddell ([unknown]-1820) family.

Added 1971 March 1, two mimeograph copies of typescripts written by Dr. Cooper; "Charles Slavens Cooper (1844-1921) and Mary Jane Hall (1845-1886), married 1867, of Gilmer County W. Va." and "Springston, Springstone, and Lambert".

Minnie Kendall Lowther Papers

VERNON: ITS CHILDREN, ITS ROMANCES, ITS ALLIED FAMILIES AND MANSIONS. There are complete and incomplete typescripts, rough drafts, revisions, photographs and plates of her books....

This collection includes a typescript entitled “Enoch Rector, his Fore-fathers and Descendants”, by Thomas Rector (undated); a typescript entitled "The (Reynear) Hall Family," by D.B. Hall (1925); a short historical sketch of the First Baptist Church of Parkersburg, at which Enoch Rector was pastor (ca. 1958); and the family record from James Hiett's Bible. Also included are 12 photographs of members of these three related lines.
