Graduation gown, cap with tassel, and hood for William Harrison Culp (1931-2017), who earned his doctorate at WVU in December of 1969. Also includes an academic regalia sales pamphlet and spare black tassel. Dr. Culp, a veteran of the Korean War, graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (then State Teachers College at Indiana) in 1957 with a B.S. in Mathematics Education, then he pursued his interests in psychology and counseling, completing an M.S. at Southern Illinois University...
