Four documents concerning electric railways in West Virginia and Pennsylvania: two certificates granting Power of Attorney to William M.O. Dawson for the Sistersville and Middlebourne Street Railway Co. and the New Martinsville and Sistersville St. Railway Co.; certificate from the State of Pennsylvania certifying the location and authorized agent of the Wetzel and Tyler Railway Company in Pittsburgh; and a report titled THE WETZEL AND TYLER RAILWAY COMPANY, FORMING AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE ELECTRIC RAILWAY SYSTEM OF THE OHIO VALLEY, which describes the route of the railway and the company's history and financial status.
