Overview

Three-page letter authored by father of Edwin Masinter to President Franklin D. Roosevelt briefly describing his experiences after immigrating to the United States from 1890 to ca. 1943-44, including his arrival in Baltimore and the history of his family in Kentucky and West Virginia. There is also a reduced-size photocopy of a souvenir menu to Edwin's 1902 wedding banquet, celebrating his marriage to Jennie Goldberg.
