Mail Pouch Tobacco was a product of the Bloch Brothers Tobacco Company of Wheeling, West Virginia. Biographical / Historical

Mail Pouch Tobacco was a product of the Bloch Brothers Tobacco Company of Wheeling, West Virginia.



In April 1908 Henry M. Russell of Wheeling, West Virginia, represented Bloch Brothers' Tobacco Company before the Ways and Means Committee of the United States Congress in hearings regarding "Tax on Tobacco Coupons"; he referenced the product "Mail Pouch Tobacco" in his statement.
