Audiovisual material, program guides, newsletters, scripts, and other material created and collected by Mary Lucille DeBerry during her career as a producer and director for the WWVU-TV and WNPB-TV public television channels (now known as West Virginia Public Broadcasting). These materials were created by the donor and colleagues as works for hire. They may be used for educational and nonprofit uses but not for commercial uses without permission of the copyright holders or heirs to the copyright: WWVU-TV licensed to West Virginia University; WNPB-TV licensed to the WV Educational Broadcasting Authority; and later: WV Public Broadcasting. Relating to a few items, other entities hold copyright.
