Item 82; Broadside -- (copy) Office of the Provost Marshall, Frederick City, Maryland, informing Major John J. Yellott that he is to seek people who assisted the Rebels in their recent raid, arrest them and send them to the Military Prison in Wheeling. Their families will be sent south of the military lines and their houses and property will be seized and used for hospitals. All males are to report to the Provost Marshall's Office and subscribe to an Oath of Allegiance to the United States, or be treated as above, 1864
