Sale of $40 million bonds for Appalachian system and interstates.

St. Mary's will bridge increased from two to four lanes.

Will be in California on 2-2-73 at direct request of Governor of California.

Meeting with president on 2-1-73 along with seven other governors.

Will be responding to requests for other states if at all possible.
