Governor introduced James T. Lynn, U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Developement and Counsel to Preseident Nixon on community development. Mr. Lynn explained and expanded unon federal revenue sharing and special revenue sharing. The Governor told the status of revenue of revenue collections for West Virginia, with a detailed break-out copy passed to the press.
