Contains articles by Baker as well as articles written by colleagues and used by him for research purposes. Most are photocopied items from journals Baker used for research purposes. These articles are often underlined and annotated and many are not in numerical page order, but their current order represents the manner they were used by Baker. Extensive working notes for Baker’s journal article, “Sandel on Rawls,” 133 U. of Penn. L. Rev. 895-928 (1985) are included in this series.
