Scope and Contents

Contains course documentation for classes taught by Baker over much of his academic career. Thirteen courses, beginning in 1977 and continuing into the 2000’s, are documented with course readings, sample exams and answers, syllabi and assignments. Courses in this series with instructional materials include: Law & Society, Legal Perspectives, Equal Protection, Modern Legal Philosophy, Rule of Law, Constitution Law, Mass Media, First Amendment, Constitutional Jurisprudence, Critical Perspectives, Media Policy, Mass Media Law, and Law & Economics. Most materials were personally developed by Baker while pulling from other sources to be used in the classes he taught.
