Mention is made of other units, namely the City Blues, Washington Guards, Wheeling Guards, Wheeling Riflemen, Wheeling Artillery, and Lafayette Riflemen. Officers names prominently mentioned are James Tanner, James S. Wheat, and George W. Sights."
