Two items from this collection, located in envelope 1822-1, were formerly A&M 1542. The abstract for this collection was: "Two deeds from William D. Taylor U. S. Tax Collector, to John Peck for two tracts of land in Kanawha County, sold for non-payment of taxes, containing twenty-one, and forty one thousand acres, assessed in the name of David Miller and Co.; Isaac Lloyd and H. Sharp."
