Also includes "Bonds of Friendship, Love & Truth: Letters form Sallie Little Holmes to Anna Kennedy Davis, 1857-879" published in 1987 with Christmas card that explains the family significance of the book to the recipient (unidentified). The letters were originally written by Sallie Little Holmes, a missionary to China in the mid-nineteenth century.
