Philippi Covered Bridge Restoration Photos, 1990–1991

Kemp was the chief engineer for the restoration of the Philippi Covered Bridge in Philippi, West Virginia after it suffered damage from a 1989 fire. The box contains photographs and photographic proof sheets that document the restoration of the Philippi Covered Bridge. The following oversized items were moved to Box 343: two facsimile photographs (1997 and undated).
