Muskingum, 1933-1953 (All facsimiles)

Kemp wrote the book, Taming the Muskingum about navigation on the Muskingum River in Ohio. The box contains research, including facsimile USACE reports, dam tender instructions, data, and notes. Subjects include dams along the Muskingum River, flood control in the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, etc. The following oversize materials were moved to Box 342: nine sheets contract for transfer of ownership (circa 1953), one sheet facsimile note (undated), and two sheets facsimile cost estimates (undated).
