The Seneca Hill Oil Company was incorporated in August 1919 in Morgantown, West Virginia, and dissolved in June 1925. Record book from the company documents the general operations and proceedings of the Seneca Hill Oil Company. It contains a list of stockholders, the original by-laws of the company, and meeting minutes from 1919 to 1925. Topics of minutes include lists of members present, lease agreements, expenditures, subscriptions, materials related to business in Louisiana, purchasing land, and selling holdings. Also included is a document calling for the dissolution of the company in 1925. Approximately sixty pages of the books are used; the rest of the record book is blank.
