Papers regarding the "Round Barn" include a typescript by Little on the history of the building, which was built in the late nineteenth century by Ulissus Ralphsnyder, a Morgantown farmer and cattle dealer. Little also discusses the current state of the building and potential efforts towards its preservation. Appended is a floor plan of the barn, with notes regarding its condition in 1984. (Later that year, the building would be moved to Arthurdale and restored.) There are also five photographs: four of the building itself and one of the grave of Ralphsnyder's daughter Jesta, which is located on the property.
Papers regarding the Colonel Dudley Evans house include a typescript by Little on the history of the house and of the Evans family, who settled in Monongalia County ca. 1770. When she was a child, Little lived in the house with her family for about a year. Accompanying the typescript is a pencil drawing of the house made by Will Strunk in 1939.
