Partial testimony and exhibits of Rush D. Holt's book Who's Who Among Warmongers in the trial of George S. Viereck accused of being an unregistered agent for a foreign power. Holt's book was discovered by censors in Bermuda while it was in transit in the mail to Portugal with an inner sealed envelope addressed to an official in Berlin, Germany. The purpose of the testimony is to implicate Viereck as the source for sending Holt's book to Nazi Germany and to establish the relationship between Holt and Viereck.
