Consists primarily of most copies of the Association's newsletter, Wild Water Splashes (later titles: Whitewater Splashes and Splashes) which records the minutes of the organization's meetings and plans for whitewater canoe trips. Also includes the Association's schedule/membership rosters for most years, and miscellaneous whitewater and camping itineraries and newspaper articles about the Association. The West Virginia Wild Water Association was founded in 1965 to meet the need for a local source of information about West Virginia's white-water streams and canoe and kayak sport.
