World War II materials relate to: Lieutenant Henry Kovacs, a soldier from Detroit; political campaigns of Dewey and Roosevelt; inauguration and presidency of Roosevelt; women on the home front during WWII, Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAACS); employment opportunities at the Chrysler Corporation; and political cartoons.
