Includes two ledgers and a loose-leaf notebook. One ledger contains minutes for 1947-1969; it also includes newspaper clippings, letters, and announcements. A second ledger includes minutes for 1970-1988, as well as clippings, letters, announcements, and special minutes; it also includes membership records for 1948-1981. The notebook contains 122 leaves of historical and supplementary material dating from 1945-1988, including historical sketches of Friends groups in Morgantown and other northern West Virginia communities. There is also material regarding the American Friends Service Committee and its work involving peace and anti-militarist movements, civil liberties, and humanitarian and reform causes.
