Photographic prints by photographic artist Sam McColloch. Includes 25 artworks, some of which juxtapose images of contemporary architecture with natural scenes. Locations of his photographs include Texas, West Virginia, the Pacific Northwest, the United Kingdom, and Paris. Also includes two calendars, one from 2012 with miscellaneous photos, and one from 2019 with photos of scenes in Big Bend National Park, Texas. Sam McColloch grew up in New Martinsville, West Virginia, earning degrees in Geology and Chemistry from West Virginia University in 1953 and 1957. While employed as a geologist by Shell Oil Company from 1957 to 1985, he took up photography as an artistic medium, which he began pursuing seriously in 1977.

The subject matter of his imagery consists of natural and architectural structures. Locations of his photographs include Texas, West Virginia, The Pacific Northwest, Great Britain, and Paris. His photos have been published in several publications, and have exhibited at a number of galleries.
