Overview

Two letters about the West Virginia University (WVU) power plant on Beechurst Avenue in Morgantown, West Virginia, from 1989 and 1990. An August 1989 letter from MOVE (Mon Organization for a Viable Environment) encourages faculty and staff to oppose the plant and offers arguments against its construction on Beechurst Avenue. An April 1990 letter from the president of WVU responds to various concerns about the plant and its location.
