Facsimile of The Maryland Journal and Baltimore Advertiser, 20 Aug. 1773; broadsides: Baltimore American Calendar, 1886, 24 x 19 in., and The Wheeling Intelligencer for the Presidential Year, 1884, 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 in.; Civil War materials, including invoices of ordnance and ordnance stores at Mannington (W.)Va., signed by Thos. Hornbrook, Military Agent for Governor F. H. Pierpont, 21 August 1862 and 11 March 1863. Also includes telegrams, Fairmont, W. Va., 27 April 1863: F. Parich, Major, to J. B. Hirons, Adjutant, "Call your battalion in at Mannington immediately for active service"; and J. B. Hirons to Capt. Hall, "Report immediately with your Company to Mannington."
