Hornbrook, Military Agent for Governor F. H. Pierpont, 21 August 1862 and 11 March 1863. Also includes telegrams, Fairmont, W. Va., 27 April 1863: F. Parich, Major, to J. B. Hirons, Adjutant, "Call your battalion in at Mannington immediately for active service"; and J. B. Hirons to Capt. Hall, "Report immediately with your Company to Mannington."
