Other correspondents are William Hacker, Job Thayer, and Robert Young, of French Creek settlement, a New Englander who was ejected from I Boardman's land, and who pleads the case for his countryman, who "will cultivate the mountains," Whereas "Virginians will not settle on it as they want Bottom Land."
