Miscellaneous items collected by Fritz Conley of Fairmont, West Virginia. Items include a manuscript music book, ca. 1800; two essays entitled "Time" written by students at the Fairmont Female Institute in 1849; an 1856 children's picture book; an 1865 issue of the National Bank Note Reporter; an autograph book, circa 1867, of D. K. Allen; an 1867 fashion bulletin for hats and furs by J. R. Terry of New York; an 1868 "Subscription for State Normal School" in West Virginia; an 1894 invitation to the opening of the Station Building for the Agricultural Experiment Station in Morgantown; and several nineteenth-century business circulars.
