Twenty glass plate negatives (with one print) of West Virginia University College of Agriculture activities, created circa 1890-1910. Subjects include chicken houses, Kanawha orchard, butter making, students in class, tufted titmouse in basket on tree, drove of cattle, vineyard at French Creek, dairy machinery, female canners, Dr. John A. Myers and Hopkins at their desks, Professor F. W. Rane teaching, Prof. L. William Rane in the horticulturalist room, John Alva Myers, milk weighing, Hite and Givay in the Chemical Lab, an apple tree in Hancock County, Hopkins in the forest, a chicken house, and the prior Biological Lab. The first box in the collection contains glass plate negatives while the second contains the original sleeves for the negatives and identifying information, where present. Digital scans are available.
