Facsimiles of printed material relating to Charles J. Faulkner (1806-1884), who was a Martinsburg attorney, Virginia legislator, member of Congress, and ambassador to France during the James Buchanan administration. Includes a printed circular relating to the opening of the Wheeling Bridge, 1849; an invitation to a public dinner given in honor of Charles J. Faulkner on 16 December 1852; and a printed message to the Democrats of Page County, Virginia from Faulkner (undated).
