Overview

Out-going correspondence of the West Virginia University Appalachian Center. A continuation of A&M 1933. Most of the letters are from Ernest J. Nesius, the director of the center. Also, Several speeches delivered by Nesius on various occasions. Subjects include budgetary matters, personnel problems, filling vacancies, Extension services, Parkersburg Branch, Kanawha Valley Graduate Center, the East African Program, WVU Foreign Students, the National Youth Science Camp, and state 4-H Camp at Jackson's Mill.
