Digital copy of a commemorative booklet honoring Christian missionary work of Clarence Norwood Weems in Korea. The book is titled "In Commemoration of Thirty Years of Missionary Service of C. N. Weems, 1939." Includes text and many photographs. The photographs appear to date mainly from the 1930s.
Assorted bills and receipts of Clarence West, who operated a grocery store on Yates Street in Grafton, West Virginia, in the early twentieth century. Bills and receipts from various wholesalers chiefly date from 1914, 1915, and 1918, and list dry goods items such as salt strips, lard, whole nutmegs, biscuits, tobacco, bacon, cheese, rice, sugar, coffee, milk, pins, and sewing machine oil.
Bill of Lading book of Clark and Leap, dealers in dry goods, groceries, clothing, and country produce. Bill gives name of steamer, the types of goods shipped and the purchaser or receiver.
One autograph book (3 1/4" x 5 1/4") with bas-relief illustration in faded gold of spider on a web against a burgundy background. Contains autographs of individuals from the Clarksburg and Shinnston areas.
Programs, newspaper notices, minutes, etc., of a club composed of Clarksburg residents of 50 years standing. Also includes two volumes of papers presented by members regarding Harrison county churches, towns, businesses, post offices, industry, biography, and local history in general.
