Scope and Contents
These files were pulled by George Parkinson, former Head Curator of the WVRHC, to support the research and writing of an article he co-authored with Brooks McCabe, Jr. titled "Charles Ward and the James Rumsey: Regional Innovation in Steam Technology on the Western Rivers."
