Scope and Contents Includes photocopies of correspondence between land merchant and Helvetia booster C.E. Lutz. and others. There are letters between Lutz, Gideon D. Camden, David Goff, and J.M. Bennett, many of which document the involvement of Lutz in land transactions in Randolph County, West Virginia.
