Included in this series are four issues of the Mountain State Forest Festival program. These programs are from 1933, 1937, 1938, and 1939. Each program booklet includes pictures of the Festival's Queen Silvia court, times and dates of Festival events, and advertisements for businesses in Elkins, West Virginia and other state businesses.
