In 1979, the Tug Valley Petition was filed on behalf of citizens in its first ever designated filing, JDM and The Center for Law and Social Policy filed such a petition which ultimately failed, but established the first set of rules for such a designation.

Scope and Contents This box contains materials related to the Wilburg Mining Disaster in Orangeville, Utah.
