Scope and Contents Kemp studied the Staats Mill Covered Bridge in Jackson County, West Virginia (also known as the Tug Fork Covered Bridge). When the bridge had to move to a historic museum to make way for a flood control project, Kemp assisted in transferring and restoring the bridge.
