Scope and Contents Kemp studied the Staats Mill Covered Bridge in Jackson County, West Virginia. When the bridge had to move to a historic museum to make way for a flood control project, Kemp assisted in transferring and restoring the bridge. The box shows evidence of Kemp’s work for A.G.
