Scope and Contents Kemp worked as a consultant for A.G. Lichtenstein & Associates, Inc. on the restoration of the Hamden Fink Truss Bridge, aka Bridge FC-64-Hamden, in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The bridge was originally constructed in 1858 and had collapsed after being struck by a car. Dr. Kemp organized for this bridge to have all its broken supporting pieces be recast, but the project was never completed due to lack of funding.
