Scope and Contents The IHTIA published the monograph C&O Lock Houses and Lock Keepers by Thomas Hahn, a student of Kemp’s. The box contains Hahn’s research materials, including correspondence and facsimile engineering drawings, book drafts, and a copy of the published book.
