Scope and Contents Kemp collected materials on historical subjects. The box includes facsimile books and reports as well as original clippings, correspondence, photographs, book drafts, etc. Subjects include the Wheeling Custom House (also known as West Virginia Independence Hall), Bev Fluty, the Hardy Cross method, Kemp’s Muskingum River book and canals of the United States.
